Buell was a friend and co-worker of Lee Harvey Oswald and often drove him to work... including on 11/22/1963. He says he knew a 'kind' Oswald (15:00), and Buell doesn't believe Oswald shot JFK (34:00). Frazier details why he doesn't believe he could have transported a rifle that morning (38:15) and brings up a 'cheese sandwich and apple' story that isn't widely circulated (52:50).
